As a cybersecurity engineer with a deep passion for fitness, Sam is excited to join you on your fitness journey. For over 9 years, she was a competitive cheerleader and even had the incredible opportunity to cheer for Florida State University. It was during those years that she discovered the transformative power of fitness and the positive impact it had on her life. Jake spent over 10+ years as a commercial diver, navigating the depths of the ocean. However, his passion for fitness led him to transition into the fitness industry, where he held managerial positions overseeing personal training departments. It was during this time that he discovered the transformative power of fitness and the incredible capabilities it can unlock.
